Megan was expectionally responsive to my many requests and questions. Also very encouraging and thorough with my many changing decisions. I wanted my hair cut from long full length to shoulder length with restyle. With excellent communication we got a beautiful cut and I am really happy with the outcome. My experience from start to finish was exceptional. From the initial consultation I had with Sophie, I felt she understood what I was looking for. I needed my colour corrected and decided to put my trust in her. I'm so glad I did as she is very skilled in her profession, and I could not be happier with both the cut and the colour correction that she did for me. I finally feel good about my hair again after a number of bad experiences. Thank you so much, Sophie! Also to mention, everyone at the salon, including Ellen, were all lovely and very welcoming. The high level of customer service I experienced was very refreshing, and for once, when giving a review, I have no suggestions for improvement. I'm glad to say that I look forward to my next visit.
